Argentinean service

Between 1946 and 1947, it purchased just over 400 vehicles. All of them were manufactured by the International Harvester Corporation (IHC), specifically the M5, M5A1, and M9A1 models, equipped with either a roller or a winch. Only 379 units entered service, as many of them had been sitting unused and/or exposed to the elements for years. At the end of 2006, after 60 years of service, the Argentine Army decided to permanently retire all the half-tracks still in use. Some were donated to Bolivia, and the rest were put up for public auction, most of them complete and in working condition.
