Modelpalooza 2020 entrance pic. This is a modeller-dedicated event with hot-seat draws, door prizes, silent auction items and a speed-build to break up the weekend. 

Set-up for tables and event signage. Covid-19 rules in effect with this event. 2-man tables with distancing and masks worn when getting up once event is started. Individual hand sanitizer for everyone!

The wrapped speed build kits. For this event, no one knew what each individual kit was and picking depended on the order each contestant paid their $5.00 fee. The kits were a mix of MK666 and Hasegawa 1/72 aircraft. 

Bill was the first of 5 door prize winners! Here he is holding the reduced image. Winners picked up the full-size illustration at the end of the event.

Al Magnus setting up for his presentation. Al was giving an overview of what to do when planning to attend a IPMS Nationals in the United States.

Logan is introducing our presentation speaker, Al Magnus, from Regina, SK., to our attendees. 

The presentation lasted for about 1.5 - 2 hours and was very informative to our members. 

At the end of the presentation, Alan thanked Al for the amazing job he did.

Dave was trying to figure out the next step, while Alan proudly displayed his $5.00 speed build kit which he decided not to build. This F4U-1D Corsair kit was on his "must-build" list, so he opted to take it home and do it up right.
