Painting the fuselage partly before assembly to make handling easier. The tail is Vallejo Azul which is a reasonable match for the real aircraft in the livery when I owned it.

Read for decals that I will have to make as the kit comes with USA letters. Also need to do the lining either as decals or paint.

I decided to paint the details so some fiddly masking was required, especially around the tail.

Unfortunately I managed to get blue paint on the wheel pants so will have to respray them white, which is a little annoying.

Printed the decals for the registration. I have to spray with liquid decal film twice now and let it dry before applying.

Completed and custom decals applied. I need to find a way to make the removable engine cowling sit correctly without gluing it.
