Decided the wings should have two pins each and added an exhaust from brass tube 

Glued some greebly things into the cockpit 

More than a bit of putty required.  

More putty. More greebly things for cockpit. 

 

 

The landing gear consists of two resin struts and a short length of wire to make all the other struts with. I find this somewhat intimidating. 

 

 

 

Canopy just resting in place; not glued down yet 

Trying to figure out decal situation. I was starting to try to mask the rudder and lamenting my choice to have rigged the empennage already, I realized that if I used decals they would match the neutrality triangles. I don’t have a good match for the lettering but I might use some white letters as they are sort of the right font, rather than black ones. I wish the kit decals were useable.
