Started the engines' assembly. 

They look bit complicated, but the fit is nice. 

In order to make it look like the high-density 8200 variant, some windows have to be filled on both sides.... 

... mainly to make space for additional escape hatch. 

 

Closed the cockpit too. 

There are some aerials on top that need to be reproduced, tried the Plasticator for the 1st time. 

I think it's gonna do the job. 

A heretic you may say, but I decided to experiment with the panel lines on the white part. 

Sprayed the last white layer over the dark wash to make it barely visible. 

I think I like the result.

Decalling started 

Bit too translucent for my taste 🙁 

 

The only decals to come are the landing lights

The price I had to pay after assembling the engines the wrong way 🙁
