Lanz Bulldog

I had this spring of the right size. Glad that I keep these springs for....well, you never know  

Often I replace bolt heads with Masterclub ones for better definition. 

And again a right size spring fitted and opened the slot of the handbrake. 

Thinned the wall of the exhaust stack 

In my opinion the lettering is a bit to pronounced, so I sand it down a bit. 

Added air valves 

For safety reasons added a tail light 🙂 

Sanded flat spots on the tyres 

The first color and oil paints are on. 

 

The final result. Finished of with pigments 

 

 

 

These details came as a afterthought. I chanced an Miniart gas burner in a Lanz starter burner. 

After the first paint on the gas cans and burner I placed them in my oven, but made the mistake to turn the temperature a bit to high resulting in deformed items.
Painted them anyway and the result is not bad at all. A happy little accident, quoting Bob Ross 🙂
