When I put this wheel on it was not straight. I was worried I'd have to do some major dismantling and rebuilding to fix. 

After just a little wiggling I got the wheel straight. Phew! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I know some people apply decals before assembly but here is a good example my I leave decals as late as possible. I am generally quite messy and clumsy and so the big finger print on the roof here is a common thing to happen to me. I just gave it another coat of white paint and it was all good but if I had applied the decals they would have been ruined. 

 

I struggled a bit getting the bodyshell to fit but in the end I just needed to be a bit braver and push the bonnet firmly and it clicked into place. 

After finally getting the body in place I immediately found there was a decal that needed to be applied from the inside so I had to crack it open again. 

The carbon fibre decals on the wing were a pain. After a lot of softener I got to this. It is a bit of a mess but it will do. 

The roof decal went a bit crinkly when it dried. I'm not sure why, perhaps because it was so hot here. 

 

I couldn't get the red decals round the lights to sit nicely so I just painted that area instead.
