Most of the decks have been done, along with most of the superstructure. The p.e. radio mast was a pain in the ass. Really fiddly. I am cannibalising my r/c fishing boat for the r/c gear( esc, battery, etc).
I have installed the motors and prop shafts and twin rudders.
